Assembly Instructions

Remove the machine from packaging, position and screw lever handle into machine
Prepare components needed for production (these are to be purchased separately)
Moulds are fixed to the revolving plate and are marked 1 and 2
Place mould number 1 in front of you
Place the front plate into the round mould
Place your cut to size artwork over the front plate
Place the mylar on top of the artwork
Revolve the plate clockwise until mould 2 is in front of you and pull lever down to close the mould
Place the back component into mould 2 needle facing down for pins
Revolve the mould clockwise again, pull the lever down and press
Revolve moulds and remove finished badge
